Genealogy Group
The group is a friendly gathering of people with a wide range of skills from experienced researcher to complete beginner and a very warm welcome is extended to anybody interested in researching their Family History.
The group operates on a mutual help basis and has available to it a wide range of computer searchable databases, as well as all the local IGI data on microfiche. We normally have an on-line facility which enables us to carry out real time searches on sites such as Ancestry.
There is a charge of £1 per head per meeting to help defray costs of room hire.
